Is LuminForge an Indian company?+
No. LuminForge is a US studio run by one engineer in California. We work in India through a sales and support partner in Chennai who meets you, answers your questions in Tamil or English, and handles payment in rupees. The website itself is designed and built in the US.
How do I pay?+
In rupees, to our Chennai partner, by UPI, Razorpay link, or bank transfer. Fifty percent to start and fifty percent before the site goes live. You receive a GST invoice from the partner. Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled any month.
Who do I talk to during the project?+
Both of us. The partner is your first call on WhatsApp during Indian business hours. Joseph, the engineer, joins video calls for design reviews. Because of the time difference, Indian evenings are his mornings, so calls are easy to arrange.
Do I own the website?+
Yes, from day one. The domain is registered in your name, the code and content are yours, and if you ever leave the Care Plan we hand everything over cleanly.
Why is this more than the ₹6,000 websites I see on WhatsApp?+
Those are templates with your name typed in. This is a custom site built by a senior engineer, in two languages, with WhatsApp, Maps, reviews, and Google listing done properly, and it loads fast on cheap phones. Most Chennai agencies charge ₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000 for comparable custom work.
